Acacia is a dense hardwood that holds up well to everyday food preparation while still providing a warm, natural surface for serving. The 1.5-inch-thick construction gives the board a substantial butcher-block feel, while the perimeter juice groove helps contain liquids from meats, fruits, and vegetables. Each board has natural variations in grain and tone, so every piece will look slightly different.
